Vocational Rehabilitation
Pathways is an initiative of the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC) that seeks to supplement Ohio’s ability to match and utilize federal dollars allocated to the state for vocational rehabilitation services as defined in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
This collaborative endeavor, known as Pathways of Appalachian Ohio, is a program that provides vocation rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with various types of disabilities in Ross, Pickaway, Fayette, Pike, Highland, Athens, Hocking Jackson and Vinton Counties. With an additional concentration of providing services to underserved populations such as veterans and mentally disabled, our goal is improve access to local resources while coordinating services to help individuals gain competitive employment.
