Nurse Director, Intensive Crisis Services (RN)
Provides direct oversight of 24/7/365 nursing operations in our Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Units. Ensures safe management of suicidal, homicidal, and high-risk patients. Hire, onboard, and supervise RNs, LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and others as assigned.
Regional Director, MRSS
(LPCC-S, LISW-S) Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with regional/community stakeholders and systems of care. Lead regularly scheduled supervisions and meetings with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN)
Applies medical knowledge to screen, diagnose, treat and manage the mental health care of clients. Administers psychiatric treatment, including prescriptions and medication reviews. Provides psychiatric consultations and program consultations.
Charge Nurse (RN)
Provides direct care to our patients, including facilitating social and emotional needs, supervising medication schedules, and evaluating patient progress for clients. Staff in this role will work three 12-hour shifts a week.
Crisis Counselor (Adult Mobile)
(LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) Triage, engagement, assessment and trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis intervention. Determines need for a higher level of care and coordinates referrals to hospitals and community resources. Provides community-based crisis services.
Crisis Counselor (Walk-in)
(LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) Complete crisis assessments at the crisis center and be available for community response assessments as needed, support individuals with risk assessment screening, and provide assessment support as needed to the Crisis Receiving Unit and Crisis Stabilization Unit
Crisis Counselor (MRSS)
(LSW, LPC) Provides outreach to youth aged 20 years old and under to help them resolve a person-defined crisis and link with ongoing support services as needed. Provides crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow up care.
Mental Health Technician
Monitors client safety and coordinates treatment with the team in our Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Units. Staff in this role will work three 12-hour shifts a week and are hiring for all shifts.
Case Manager (MRSS)
Provides outreach to youth & families 20 years old and under to help them resolve a person-defined crisis and link with ongoing support services as needed. Provides short-term case management and wraparound services. Transitions clients and families into ongoing care.
Crisis Line Specialist
Provides crisis intervention, support, information, and referral by phone and/or face-to-face.
Completes telephone screening and triage to determine the needs and desires of consumers, including triaging and collecting information from Police and First Responders.
