Mental Health Awareness Art Show
Open to two categories; Novice, and Accomplished. Artwork must be submitted to Sue Colley beginning April 15th. Prior to submission the artist bio document must be completed and emailed to contactus@pvadamh.org
On or around April 20th all entries will be reviewed and the top 50; 25 from the novice category and 25 from the accomplished category will be hung for the artshow. All remaining pieces will be able to be picked up, or can be donated for display in our clinical provider lobbies, where it can be enjoyed by patients and visitors.
The following awards will be presented for both categories

1st Place
2nd Place
3rd Place
(2) Honorable Mentions for each category
Artist Bio Form
Art may be sold at the show. Not a requirement, but we would greatly appreciate a 10% donation from all artwork sales to be paid to our Charitable Wellness Fund.
